Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste
I love diversity! That’s why I’m into the products like wine, tea or coffee. There are so many countries and regions in the world and thus there are so many cuisines. Life seems to be too short and stomach too small to have an opportunity to try all these food and drinks people create. But there is no need of an absolute knowledge and I enjoy every time I can discover something new to me: a good wine, some regional cheese, a strange traditional dish, a high quality version of some well-known daily product or funny fast food from exotic countries. Here I want to share these experiences. I want to write about recipes, wines, restaurants and similar stuff. It’s all about eating and drinking… and enjoying!
My life is a lot about diversity, especially cultural one. I happened to live in a very big and diverse metropolis: Berlin. But also my personal life works according to similar rules of merging, combining, integrating and changing. I live between at least three cultures: Polish, German and Italian one. And I travel quite a lot. My apartment is full of products from these three countries and not only. I like cooking! I don’t pretend to be a great chef but I believe in my taste… Enjoy reading and trying out! 🙂
Oh, and concerning the name of the blog… I mentioned that I love products like wine or coffee, and that my private life is very multicultural. Well, kawa is coffee in Polish and vino means wine in Italian.
